At Coretek, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and receiving refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
1.1 Timeframe for Returns
You may return most products within 30 days of the delivery date. The return period begins on the date you receive the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Not damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital products, software, or downloadable content
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Products purchased during clearance sales (unless otherwise specified)
- Hygiene-sensitive items that cannot be resold
2. Return Process
2.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved
- Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
- Include the RA number and original receipt in the package
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team
2.2 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product, or damaged during shipping). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the shipping receipt until your refund is processed.
If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
3. Refund Process
3.1 Refund Eligibility
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
3.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days after processing
- Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days after processing
If you paid by cash or another method, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
3.3 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in certain circumstances, such as when only part of an order is returned, when items are returned in a condition that reduces their value, or when promotional discounts are applied. We will notify you of any partial refund amount before processing.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide:
- Photos or videos showing the defect or damage
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
We will investigate the issue and respond within 2-3 business days. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and process your replacement or refund promptly.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item. We will process your refund for the returned item once it is received and inspected.
To ensure you receive the correct item, please verify product details, specifications, and compatibility before placing your order.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check the following:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is posted
- Check your email for a refund confirmation from us

7. Sale Items
Regular return and refund policies apply to items purchased during sales, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. Clearance items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return. Please check product descriptions and sale terms before purchasing.
8. Gift Returns
If you received a product as a gift and wish to return it, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date. Gift returns will be processed as store credit or exchanged for another product of equal or greater value, subject to availability.
To process a gift return, please contact our customer service team with the order number or gift receipt. We will verify the purchase and provide return instructions.
9. Order Cancellations

If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process. Cancellation requests received after shipment cannot be processed, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not charge restocking fees for returns that meet our return policy requirements. However, if a product is returned in a condition that requires significant restocking or refurbishment, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable fee from your refund.
